Klov - Crabtowne Usa Fall Meet 2010 Planing Stage.

The fall is approaching fast which means cooler days ahead. So it is time to plan another meet for our Mid Atlantic Klov Group. Any ideas on when would be the best weekend for this fall event?

Second or third week in October seems like a good starting point. I also wonder if other venues would have us? It will be hard trying to beat c/t because of all the machines.

That time again already huh?? I found myself bored of CT at the last meet. Once you have already played all of their games or already own some of them, all the fun is gone. At least I get to hang out with a bunch of good people that relate to me lol. I'll be down pending my schedule. If this is planned for the weekend of the 9th count me out. I'll be at the game auction in Baltimore.

I could do the weekend of the 23rd, but not the weekends of the 9th or 16th.

23rd sounds good. My wife is expecting at the very end of October so I'll have to be on call if we do it any later

I think we should continue to have our meets at Crabtowne. Why?...

-they have been very accomodating
-the repair tech is present while we are there and was a wealth of info
-we won't find a better batch of classics
-there is plenty of space for our sale tables
-they have a 4 player demolition derby

+1 to all of that. We can't simultaneously complain about the death of "classic" arcades and not support the few that exist in our area.

It was hot as hell last time, but I seriously hope that's not an issue so late in October!

Im in on any of the dates, what would would you guys think about making things interesting and trying to have a small tournament while we are there. Nothing on the line but bragging rights.
