Just left there at 8pm Eastern time. Unless a lot of stuff shows up in the morning it is going to be a weak auction.

Super weak on the classic game selection and almost as weak on the number of pins.

But if you are looking for kiddie redemption games or Mega Touches you can rack up here.

I didn't even know this one was coming up. Of course, I'm still loaded with work to do on my last big auction haul from last November. I have been too busy/tired to get around to getting things nice enough to move into my game room...

At the cashier now. This was my first auction and others who have been to several may be a better judge but I thought it was pretty weak. Not many classics, some ms pacs and galagas that went for 3-400. A DK that sold for 325 and a DK jr that went for 400 or so. I'd planned on picking up some projects but went with a space shuttle pin instead (which will be a project, but hey it's my first pin, I'm stoked). Nothing really of note - lots of conversions and shooters. Big games went pretty cheap. Almost pulled the trigger on a gauntlet legacy that went for 70. It was a good time and I'd say worth the 6 hour drive just for the experience but I hope the next ones better.

What a day! I left there at 10pm eastern and pulled in the driveway at 3am central time

I wonder if you were the guy in line at check out sitting next to me? He was texting a fairly lenghty message. But you could have written a novel in that line to be honest.

The check out process was the worst I have ever seen. I got in line with at least 50 or 60 games left to be auctioned. There were maybe 35 people ahead of me in line. But it took 2 hours, yes 2 hours to get through the line and checked out.

It seemed that every 5 to 10 minutes one of the girls was leaving the office to either go to the restroom, outside to smoke, or had to go on the floor to see if an item was still there.

As usual they had my invoice messed up again. They didn't have me buying something that I did and had me selling something I didn't. That was probably the case with several others explaining the lenghty check out time.

But the auction turned out to be much better than it appeared to be late Friday night. A lot of stuff came in Satuday morning.

The sit down drivers seemed to be going higher than usual but there were some real good deals there on upright games.

They do need to come up with a better way to check out. It feels good to sit down after you have been standing all day but then you are tired of setting after a while also.
I would gladly donate $100.00 for them to invest in software to speed the check out process.....

My summary the classics sucked worse than normal, the drivers sold for more than normal, pins seamed to be a little higher quality and slightly cheaper not cheap but better, cranes and redemptions too many so they just sucked, new shooters and golden tees pretty close to normal, projects and fighters weren't to bad some deals to be found if you want to work on stuff. All in all wasn't as bad as some say but I don't go looking for mint classics cheap so it doesn't let me down. The check out is absolutely ridiculous but it always is. Of course my invoice was wrong by 30.00 not huge but it was wrong the last time to. Did get a several good buys and a couple that were ok. left home at 5:15 got home at 3:30 a long day for sure.

did anyone see what the dead rockin bowlarama in the golden tee cab (the one with the big marquee) went for?

I got a virtua fighter 4 for ten dollars, a golden tee for 50(its getting ready to be turned into a TMNT cab) a Beaver brand gumball for 50, and a stack of NOS boards for 180. I am most happy about the boards, pretty awesome score on that one. The lines def took longer than any time I've ever been before, but it was a pretty good turn out game wise, my only regret is I didnt have enough room for more. I really really wanted the air trax that went for ten dollars, but had no way to get it home...

I meant to be there, but only made it to the friday pre inspection. Anyone see what the Circus Voltaire sold for. There were a few choice pieces I liked...but had no room for. Sega GT twin in good condition. Mazan (my friends) which I think its just a cool monster of a game. Also a Zekes Peke that I might have tried to pick up. Anyone see how much any of those went for.
