King of Game 188-in-1 vga or CGA $145 Shipped

I have a couple extras of these. They are tested and working, except they have a design flaw and cannot use the Headphone jack for sound. I have tested 10 of these and they all have the same problem of the jack not working. Sound works just fine from Jamma Pinout.

I think Marvel vs capcom Plays the same, but I am sure that others would disagree. I just went down to play my machine to see, and I ended playing MvC for a hour. I enjoy it and dont see a difference.

I run 2 joysticks and 18 button setup. The Blue button on the top row and the bottom red buttons are wired to the same spot for button 4. I use this setup, because NEO GEO games are setup for 4 buttons in a row and most non-Neo Geo fighters use 3 buttons for kick and 3 buttons for punch. I also have the NEO-GEO button hooked up to both player start buttons with diodes, which I have a thread posted about that. I use that for the menu button you dont need to do that as you can hold down both player start buttons to go to game menu.

Have you noticed any glitches with any of the games or menu screens? Some of these XXX-in-1 boards have glitch problems.

I have not noticed anything, but I have also only played about 20 different games. There is a weird knockoff of Donkey Kong and DK Jr. that is a 2 player co-op game the levels are mixed from the 2. It is awesome, I have mainly been playing that.

So, if I have a standard JAMMA setup, with the 'street fighter' CP layout, will this work as a plug and play? Or will it need a kick harness - and if so, will the CPS1 or CPS2 kick harnesses work with it?

edit: I need to learn to read - you also said it's VGA or RGB - does this mean it will not work for video with a standard JAMMA harness?

Honesty is always welcome, regardless. I bought one of these from billybob and I am dropping it in my multicade to sell it locally. Before doing so, I am going to give it a thorough testing so I can review it (not on this thread) because I could not find many reviews for it online. That being said, I have been told that most, if not all, multicade boards have issues of one sort or another.

It could just be the CPS3 games on someone of these boards. CPS2 may run fine due the less complex hardware.

not drop in jamma compatible, slight modification is required or this may me purchased.

Is the plug and play with my neogeo? Also is their a way to shut off the games? I would love to get this but I do not want to have to do mods. Thanks
