Complete, includes CF and boot rom, but non working, boots to a rug pattern. Looks like no missing or damaged components. Had previous trace repair and corrosion fixed by Ken @irepairsega. Unfortunately, he was unable to get it back up and running. He did say however, that the cpu is most likely good so maybe one or more of the buffers are bad and need replaced. Looking for $340 plus actual shipping.
