Killer Instinct 1 paint strip and restoration

Picked this up from another KLOV member in Bakersfield California and just started to work on this. Has some water damage on the top and sides of control panel but overall got good bones. I'll be using my old friend Citristrip to attempt saving another KI.

Very cool! For a long time, I had plans to recreate an MK2 cab (which is basically the same thing) but too many things got in the way. I recently was fortunate and able to find an MK2 cabinet that was converted to some hunting game. Just working on arranging it's shipment to me. I have a fully built control panel and all the artwork. So it was a no-brainer for me.

That KI cab looks great! Hope my MK2 artwork under the paint is just as good!
