Kickass Neon ARCADE Sign

$309?!?! I can add another game for that. ;) It is cool though, I agree.

+1 - nice but ridiculousy expensive
A person could easily have something built using a custom marquee instead. Yes it's not NEON but it'd still look very nice.
In fact a person could either:
Add dividers in the frame, have the glass/plex cut into sepearate section and paint the edges black to stop the light from bleeding over
OR
Instead of painting the edges counter sink the piece (in a frame if you will) and then use colored lights heh

And once you have done that at $20 of YOUR labor.... j/k :p

I'd actually like to see a real photo of the sign for that kind of moola.

Geeze guys let those moths outta your wallets. $309 for a real custom neon sign
is not expensive especially for something 12x36. Personally I would prefer a design
of my own and spend the same but that price is not out of line.

These guys did a custom sign for my work. Big one with blinking Pac-Man and ghosts. I'll see if I can get a pic of it...

There are a couple of companies on EPay that sell some pretty cool signs. They are not neon but would still look great hanging up:

Basically anything you can think of to laser cut into a slab of plexi and toplight.

+1... real neon isn't cheap. This price is pretty standard.

For a mere $200 + shipping, you could buy this Arcade Clock from me (my name's not John). It's big (over 2 ft in diameter and at least 10 inches deep) and heavy (the black back is metal), and I have no idea what it would cost to ship without breaking the neon. And the clock doesn't work unless the neon is on, but someone could probably open it up and rewire it so the clock runs when the neon is off...
