What about SI and SID cocktail panels? I realize they are small and there is a lot of lettering, would it even be feasible? Or would the cost be too much?

no that is just the screening
the panel would need to be blasted and painted/powdercoated before coming to me to screen.

i will be sending mine in the next week or so i just started to strip it i ran out of stripper yesterday. so i should have it painted and shipped off soon i cant wait. i have one question for you about this. once you are done with it can i put clear coat on it? would that change the look of it or is clear coat ok ?

If you end up doing this can you let me know what product you end up using and how well it turns out?

Well, don't count on that happening. I looked into it and you won't be able to stencil the black. It was originally screened right onto the cab. Too much small detail for a stencil.

Damn... well then what's the work-around? How is a hobbyist like myself supposed to fix the deplorable state of the side art on my otherwise minty machine???

step 1 someone would really need to scan the art

but the only cost effective means would be to inkjet it.
