My kids and I were down in the game room last night and KC didn't get played for about 30 minutes. Once I saw "ERROR", I had to check in- any updates on this? Thanks!

I have been pinged about this a few times so I thought I would post an update.
This kit specifically is hard to fix because I can't debug it in mame easily.
I need to debug on real hardware... burn and erase epromse, tweak code, burn and erase eproms and it takes a long time. I am working on it a little bit here and there when I have time but since I only sold two or three kits it is not high on the priority list.
I will get back to this and fix the two reported bugs... not sure when but most likely before the end of the year. If you are unhappy and don't want to wait anymore then send me your kit and I will issue you a refund. Sorry for any inconvenience

1. after 30 minutes or so in attract mode the kit will throw an error and freeze
2. On one of the challenges the player and the bull are not lined up

No problem here- I'll wait. Man, that really sucks that you only sold 3 kits! There are plenty of people on here that have Karate Champs, I can't believe no one else thought to pick one up.
The issues you've listed above are correct, except I'll add that the player is mis-aligned on BOTH of the bull stages.

Did these bugs ever get fixed? If not how bad is the bull/player bug? I can live with the 30 min error bug, but want to know from people that have played it to know if the bull bug can be lived with.
I realize you haven't sold many of these kits, but I'm defiantly interested in getting one. Just want a little more info first.

I've never beaten the bull with the HSS kit installed... but I rarely beat the bull anyway. I love the kit FWIW.

I will fix them soon I promise, but with family stuff and a new job it is hard to find the time.
I may have to redo the kit to get it to work right but anyone who bought one will get an upgrade

Glad to hear this is on the radar. I've been watching from the sidelines. I have finally installed my last holy grail in my arcade - a Player Vs Player, and this kit is going on my Christmas list. Let's get er done before then!!

It should be mentioned again that there are still two bugs that have not been fixed yet.
1. If left in attract mode it will crash after an hour and need to be reset
2. When fighting the bull the player and bull are not on the same position so it is not possible to beat it
I still hope to fix these soon

hey guys, sorry for no updates... been busy with a new job. I am investigating a new way of doing it and need to try a few things. Should make it less buggy. I will post an update as soon as I have one.
