Was playing my KC a few weeks back and something strange happened. When you start a one player game it starts out with the training sequence. I used to just skip it but a while back I found out you actually get points for doing the moves correctly. Now the strange part. I did the training sequence and then the game skipped me past all the way to the very last stage. Needless to say, I didn't score any point on him, but I did get credit for completing all the previous stages. Without even hitting my opponent, my final score was in the 150,000 range. Anyone else ever heard/experienced this?

Dam! nice score :) I have never had that happen but do you happen to have the high score save kit installed? I have come across a few glitches when I had the kit installed but nothing like that.

OK so 2 new things to add. First the score it gives you is 126,000, not 150,000 like I originally thought. Second, it happened to me again last night. Really weird

During the training sequence do you make all the correct moves and get a perfect score? Or do you miss one or 2? I wonder if you miss a certain move during that training session it somehow triggers that glitch.

I'm not 100% sure, but last night when it happened I didn't get all the moves. But I one of the times before hand, I got them all, so who knows what triggers it.

Think I may have figured out why this is happening. I ordered the HSS kit and when I tried to install it, I noticed that my board is different than the ones in the picutres with the instructions. So I'm guessing my board is a bootleg. Not sure yet what to think of that.

Before I figured my Mortal Kombat power supply was acting up, for a couple of weeks I was getting lots of crazy glitches. Fights against Reptile after every fight, it didnt matter what stage I was on, or if i had the requirements; permanent ice freeze effects; fatalities that would glitch out and leave huuuuge splurts of blood that would slow down the machine (and cause it to reset)

When I figured out it was the power supply, I changed it and the glitches never happened again!
