I'm in the process of getting this Kagi 19 chassis working. Recapped it and I'm not able to adjust the B+. Previous to the cap kit the monitor was completely dead. Now the B+ stays at 138 volts and it can't be adjusted. I noticed resistor R910 is suppose to be 270K, but I have a crazy high value of 2M resistance reading out of circuit, but the resistor looks original. The color code is violet, green, green 7.5M. That value does not seem correct. Can someone verify that resistor (r910) on their chassis (power board section)? Also, can the B+ be adjusted without the main chassis connected to the power board? I want to verify the power board is working properly before connecting it to the main board.
