I have a 2005 Golden Tee with the K7500, I have sound and hear the game playing blind. There is no neck glow and I hear a clicking noise.. what steps should I take next? What parts to buy? Etc

If you really want to tackle this one instead of sending it in. Contact one of the people I mentioned in the other post.
Order:
Cap Kit
Flyback
HOT
Maybe 2 or 3 just in case it pops the HOT again in your testing.
Even IF you dont replace the Flyback yet it is nice to have it as a spare. But as you mentioned it could have had a focus issue I would change it.

Start with a Cap kit, then you can do the "Light bulb" test to see if the power supply on the chassis is working. After that Pull the HOT and test it, if it is bad it will cause the clicking, Replace if bad, Look for cold solder joints Broken traces, and anything else burnt up. If you do not see anything re connect to test and see what happens.

yup i have all the parts in stock if you want to tackle it yourself. let me know if you need any help finding the parts.

What exactly is the HOT? I'm trying to get all these parts and do it myself. I've done circuit board soldering before and I'm sure I can find some videos on how to replace the other items

HOT = high output transistor
should be a 2sc3688 on that chassis and i stock them.

So when replacing the HOT, what type of compound should I use? What brand is best? Don't wanna have this thing blow up on me..

Ok so I replaced all caps, fly back and HOT and still no picture.. ticking sound is still there and no static on the front of the screen.. what's my next options

Have you done the light bulb test? In other words have you isolated the power supply section from the rest of the chassis to see if it will light an incandescent 60 watt light bulb and stay on.

I haven't tried that at all.. I know that I have 110v going to the board via the 3 wire molex connector but not sure if the power is going thru the board properly
