I am working on a WG K7400 chassis and after pulling the neckboard off I noticed a jumper from pin 12 of the neck socket has the other lead just sticking up in the air. I cannot find where the solder connection was once made. I can see the jumper on other boards in pics and videos but the resolution is too low to tell. Anyone able to check and verify or know where to land the other side of the wire? Picture of the broken jumper attached. Thanks for any help!

it goes to the far side of the resistor W522 (i think that is the number on it from memory). (its the middle of the three resistors in a row)
