Hey All,
I re-built a K7400 chassis and managed to find a 25" GE crt tv for cheap. I've been seeing more being sold for $100+ as "retro console tvs". Took yoke measurements and confirmed they were within tolerance.
TV Model: GE, 25GT506
Tube Model: A63ADT26X05
Yoke impedance measurements:
- Vertical: 6.4 ohms
- Horizontal: 2.8 ohms
Took it apart, removed the manufacturer connectors from the yoke, degause, ground wires and added applicable connectors (CM1001, ect). Fired it up, made minor adjustments and it looks pretty good. I installed it into my neo geo cab, replacing the the worn out tube and K7000 chassis (lots of issues i need to work through on that one).
Hope this helps someone.
