I have a WG K7203 chasis that has no 6V to run the heater and the 24V is coming up at only about 15V, however my B+ is 121. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Besides posting this in the monitor repair section?

Heater voltage it generated by the flyback. Despite your B+ reading, it's possible there is something keeping the HV shutdown circuit operating.

Has this monitor been capped yet? Looked over for cold solder? Anything?

You could try checking the components on this page:

Also Try desoldering the vertical ic U401 and see if your voltage comes up.
The 24v line goes to the vertical ic TDA1675A. and If the Hv comes up then
replace the ic.

Actually the heater voltage on the K7203 is generated by T103. It is the unregulated input to the 5V regulator U101.

...further regulated by ZD101 & Q101.

I never realized how different the K7203 is from the K7000 until I just pulled the schematic from the WG website.

Sounds like you need a cap kit..
Is it missing at the cathode of D105?
Or very low voltage replace C107 1000uf 25v's
Replace C104,C103 for the 24v's
