My junked Roadblasters had a Wells K7000 series monitor (I dont remember the exact model, its the one with two anode wires), but I havent heard good things about their reliability. It was exposed to the elements as the game was sitting outside and the vent on top of the game was gone, so it had lots of dirt and crap on it. I cleaned and soaked it down, visually inspected it for physical damage/blown flyback, and I am leaving it out for a few days to dry off. Is there anything I should look at before hooking it up and powering it on? I am assuming this is a med-res monitor correct? And will it work with any games like Pac Man or Pole Position? My only other game with a K7000 is my Paperboy, and its kaput right now.

Just make sure all of the connectors and the neckboard are fully seated before powering it up.

If it is med res then it will not work for Pac or Pole Position, those require standard res. However it will work for the Paperboy...

Which is also referred to as the K7000A.

And just to clarify....
The only thing wrong with those is the flyback and the fact that there is NO replacement for them.
Other than that they are fine.
