Gentlemen,
I have a K7000 that has the colors washed out in the corners. I have exhausted virtually all other causes (needs degaussing, bad degaussing coil, possible magnetic field interference, loose yoke) and a friend of mine suggested that I adjust the purity ring(s) on the yoke. I recently moved this machine which caused this monitor issue in the first place, so I figured (hoped) he could be right. My questions is in regard to the rings on this particular yoke. Where are they, mainly? Sorry the picture is blurry, but I figured this was a newbie question and you guys would know the answer immediately.

You have what is called a bonded yoke.....it doesn't have traditional (field adjustable) purity rings. It's set at the factory, and that's it.

I've seen bonded yokes with rings. That one might not, but you could add them.

That being said, was this a tube swap? K7000's didn't come with bonded yokes...

Not sure, could swapped. Like this when I bought it. So, is there any other way to fix this?

looks kinda like a Hantarex Polo yoke, but I can't really tell because it's so blurry. it just looks like it has the 4 pins on top and the black wire clips on the bottom like a Polo, which has the bonded yoke with no rings, and has a tendency to have some separation in the corners.

I've heard those tubes are interchangeable with the K7000.
