So I was removing my K7000 from my cab when I accidentally knocked the neck board off as I was pulling it out. It doesn't appear to have caused any damage, but I'd like you guys to take a look as well. Also, I'm not sure how to reattach it since there's 9 pins on the neck and 10 holes on the board. Which set of 9 do I plug into?

Looks like you broke the key inside the neckboard socket. If you look closely at the pin that's by itself and seperate from the others, that pin plugs into the hole that looks like it's excessively surrounded by plastic, once you plug that pin into that hole the others should line up.

Actually, you did do a bit of superficial damage but it looks OK.

The neck board has a piece of discolored plastic inside the adaptor, remove that if possible. You should be able to push it from the back side to slide it out.

Then line up the single hole with the single pin, you should be able to see the wedge lines there currently. Line them up. Usually this results in the edge of the board with the pots pointing up.

You broke off your alignment tab. In your first pic, the yellowed triangle piece of plastic is still in the neck socket. You can see the white outline of the break in your second photo of the neck. That piece "keys" the neck socket so you can't plug it in wrong. It isn't absolutely necessary, but you will have to take extra care that the neckboard gets hooked up correctly.

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago and I left it broken and took extra care to mount the neck board. It should go on square with the tube. You can also salvage that plastic piece from a TV or a donor tube.
