K7000 capped look good, came back and this happened

This K7000 got a cap kit and rejuv. It looked really good then I came back a few days later and it looked like this. There's sort of a double image. Could this be an IC issue? I don't think it's the vert scroll pot or the 50/60 adjustment.

Any help/thoughts from someone more experienced would be appreciated.

could be the IC. check and clean the anode hole make sure you are getting a good connection. check the vertical pot and see if its dirty/cracked. and try adjusting the 60/60htz pot.

did you replace the fly did it have wite nobs.

Peace

Did you bump/damage/crack any of the vertical pots?

If not, you may have a bad vertical output IC. Replace with the same part number that is currently installed on your chassis.

I don't think I bumped any of the pots... I had it dialed in perfectly.
Vert output IC is IC3 correct?

Thanks guys

Thanks for all of help. I'll update w/ any results tonight!

Definitely fiddle with the vertical size pot before jumping into IC's and whatnot. Those white ones on the remote boards can be a bit crappy sometimes.

I have changed remote boards and it wasn't it. I'll double check again tonight however since you mention it.

EDIT*

It's fixed... I didn't have the IC3 on any other donor board so I reflowed a bunch of stuff and got it cleared up fine.
