I have a bunch of rebuilt 25" chassies in my games. I came out yesterday, SF Alpha 3 has v collapse. Dang, the night of a party.

Anyway, swapped in another rebuilt chassis, same thing .

Yoke readings are:
Blue/red. 2 ohms
Brown/yellow 135k ohms and rising

:)

No fixing that I'm guessing? Time for a new yoke?

your YOLK is toast!

meanwhile people are spending CRT TVs on making their garbage games "burn free". we'll eventually reach a point where we can't play Duck Hunt anymore at this juncture.

I happen to have another 25" tube with yoke , 100% working. I ALSO have a 25" tv set my wife picked up for me off the side of a road or something, lol. It may be a drop in replacement ??? Guess I"d better check.

if it's a Zenith it's 100% a drop in replacement. I had saved probably a dozen TVs from driveways. wound up having to give them all away when I got divorced.
