Posted this before but lost the post. I've completely recapped, changed out D1398, str30130, and flyback. It's better then when I started but this is what I got now, the credits at the bottom are shrunk. Thanks for any help

that looks like a linearity issue. try adjusting the 50/60 pot. it could be your camera shot but it looks like you need a good color/white balance and/or you have way too much brightness.

50/60 pot worked, forgot about that one. Last major issue other then colors is the wavy edges I'm getting any suggestions? Thanks Peter!

Degauss that thing, man! Maybe it's just the camera, but what I see is blue/purple in the upper left hand corner, which shouldn't be there.

You'll need a degaussing coil to do it properly (or the experts may have some homemade remedy that costs less...).

your purity rings may either be out of adjustment (or the tabs were broken off) or the yoke may have shifted backwards. the purity rings are the set of 2 rings closest to the tube; with a sharpie mark a line across the rings front to back so you know where they were adjusted originally. you can try spinning the tabs until it clears up. if you're unable to get it to adjust out then loosen the set screw on the yoke or try turning it as is first. if it turns, then the set screw is too loose and it could have potentially slid backwards. loosen it up and push it as far up to the tube as you can, then tighten. if the yoke moved, you can try the purity ring thing again too, it should eventually adjust out between the two.

if that doesn't clear it up then you might have magnetic interference from the speakers or something else.

sometimes, a warped yoke can be the cause or internal shadow mask warping or element property change perhaps.
like mecha said probably yoke placement. try pushing is closer to the end face of the tube or pulling back.. very slightly.
