Hey guys,
Quick question, I have a K4901 i installed into my Mario. Obviously the colors are inverted with a direct connection to the board to the monitor. So today I hooked up the Inverter board and I get a white screen in the NON-INVERT plug (which is normal) and I get a black screen with a very faint gray Mario brothers on screen from the INVERT plug.
What would cause this? The inverter board works fine in my 60-1 attached to a Sanyo. I tried adjusting the color pots on the board, and played with the black levels and brightnesses on the K4901. Any ideas? I plan on getting a Mike's arcade Inverter board with the built in sound amp, but if a nintendo inverter board doesnt work with the K4901 will that one?
One thing to note is the inverter board in my 60-1 is being powered with +12V, not 16. but that doesnt seem to matter with the 60-1, looks great.
