I found my donor TV and took readings, but one thing is hanging me up. On 8liners, it states that if the tube starts with A51, it's a 20" tube. Mine has no A, but it does start with 51. It's a panasonic TV, tube MIC 51GGB95X (a google search said it was a samsung tube). The TV model is CTN-1942R. junknet's list does have a few tubes that start with 51 that are classified as 19" I measured the diagonal on it and got 19" but am I measuring from the right point A to B? Assistance would be great. Here's my readings (not compatible for drop in):

K4900
19VLTP22 2.7 & 37.8

Panasonic/samsung/mic
51GGB95X 2.9 & 14.3

Hopefully I can get this figured and I will just order an 8liner chassis for it.

51 is supposed to be a 20" TV. Look on the tube itself for a raised glass area, usually for a 19" tube it will say 19v90 meaning 19" tube 90 degree deflection.

if it is a 19" tube your yoke readings are too far off to use. You can get a 8 liner chassis to use with your new tube and yoke or simply remove the yoke and use the 4900 yoke and chassis with the new tube but you will have to converge it.

I will check the tube thanks. Like I stated, some of the tubes on junknet start with 51 (not A51) and are classified as 19" not 20" hence the confusion.

The numbers like "51" are in centimeters, hence why 19" monitors have a "48" number in them.
51 centimeters is equal to 20.08 inches.
48 centimeters is equal to 18.90 inches. (i.e 19")

Ignore the "A". (A51)
