Hello! I have a K4900 in my Spy Hunter. It has been fully capped and the colors are amazing! There appears to be a small problem with the Horizontal Centering. The centering pot is turned all of the way clockwise. I also have the jumper all of the way over. I was able to get it just about right by turning the pot all of the way clockwise. Is there anything on the chassis I can modify so I can get more use out of the pot instead of having it all of the way clockwise? I attached a pic before the adjustment. Thanks!

You could try changing the Width cap. Capacitor C365 sets the width range. The factory installed value is .33 uf @ 200v Try going with .27 uf, that should widen it out enough.
...The horizontal width coil can also widen it a bit.

I didn't see that white bar thing until the game where I work now. it was a monitor swap, the brilliant mind that had the game previously shoehorned a horizontal monitor in it with the frame hammered to clear the back door. they also broke the plastic bezel. I put a more proper vertical frame monitor in last year and the plastic bezel that I think is strategically gorilla taped into place now covers the white bars. but yes to properly fix the problem will require changing the width cap.

OK. I bought that kit in the past. I will see if I have a .27uf cap left. I will also mess with the width coil. Thank you guys!

I noticed one other thing on the monitor. The monitor has virtually no burn which is amazing. I can see very minor burn on the very bottom of the screen that is consistent with the white bar in the picture that I attached. That tells me that the white bar was there for quite some time. It was probably hidden underneath the plastic bezel. I wonder if they adjusted it like that from the factory?
