K4900 problems, not solved by cap kit.

ok so i have another monitor i pulled that i know works great....connected the game and got the same graphical interference. so then i got another konami board and threw it in.....SAME interference.

i think it has to do with pulling the power and ground off the board. anyone familiar with the old konami hardness and how they cut and bypasses those two positions on the board. its the only thing that is making any sense to me.

when I come up tonight, I can bring a few power supplies. There is not a ton of wiring from the wall plug to the board so it should not be too hard to find.
