Just capped the monitor and not getting any video. All I get is a solid color on the monitor. I get the same thing if I disconnect the rgb and sync cable from the monitor. Tried a different monitor and game displayed fine. The b+ was at 129 vdc.

Attached a photo. There is no scan line on the monitor just a solid color. The camera is picking it up.

Any suggestions?

Where should I look at this if I'm not getting any video signal? Thanks.

i would check all my work and see if you have a solder bridge somewhere.

and set all the pots on the chassis and neck board to their centers to see if you have something out of adjustment.

did it work before the cap kit.

and did you re-flow all the header pins and others on the chassis.

you could have a stuck on color transistor or two as well.

Got it. There was a burnt ground trace. Added a jumper and got a nice picture on it.
