K4600 Vertical Lines on Right Side After Recapping - Foldover or Something Else?

So I did a tube swap yesterday, and I'm getting the same white lines that I had before the swap. Is this a foldover or something else? I've had foldovers before but they didn't look like this- as there isn't really any major curling. These lines were there before the cap kit also. Every cap has been replaced. Is this usually a capacitor issue? If so, anyone know which cap is at fault? I've adjusted every single pot to hell, and the only way I can get rid of them is to compress the image even more. The thing is, the lines really aren't noticeable on the iCade games, just the menu. Anyone ever use an iCade and a 4600? Thanks for the help.

There's nothing wrong with that monitor. These gameboards have foldover issues when used with certain monitors. Nintendo and Wells 4600 in particular that I know of.

That is a very common issue with those xxin1 boards.

Bingo.....You'll just have to adjust the vertical height, width, and position to it's "best" appearance. Sometimes you can get the lines to completely hide, sometimes not. Just keep adjusting on it. Seems like I always end up with a 1" black border around the image by the time I'm happy screwing with it.
