I am pretty sure I did all that when I had it out. I need to double check it.

If you had another video interface card you could swap out cards and see if the problem is with the card.

I had mrbill2084 over a few days ago, and he was thinking the same thing.
He had me wiggle it around, and such and there was no change to the visuals.
It is truly a gorgeous picture. but hypersports will not work with the change of brightness.
several other games would. I may just toss it in a different cab.
since I just recapped and rejuved a k4900 I am going to toss that in the hyper sports and set this 4600 on the shelf pending further testing.
