K4000 issue

So, I'm having this issue as you can see in the pictures. I tried turning the little red dial that someone suggested on the Bob Roberts page and it didn't help. It was like this when I bought it so who knows if it is even wired up right. Was thinking of just buying a new monitor cable since the one in the cab is all taped up. Any ideas?

that's your horizontal hold. don't quote me on where to find that, rusty on 4600s right now.

the red dial in the silver box I've had to adjust if I had a double image. different thing entirely... I honestly don't even know what that actually adjusts. I just happened to score a 4600 manual in my Moon Patrol cabinet, perhaps I'll need to read up on that soon.
