It seems like it would be best to point it out to ebay/paypal that you suspect that this seller is Jason and provide them with the old account information that he screwed people with. If there is anything that they can use to tie him to the old account, I'm sure they wouldn't like that someone is scamming them too.

Edit: FF, you should use PNG with an alpha transparent background on the words so that they blend when quoted.

A word is a word. How it's used is the perception that it brings. Im just saying.

In regards to why he used it, maybe to show muscle as it was a "pic" and to get around the sites foul language editing. I personally wouldve chosen a different word. He typed it in a notepad, saved it as a picture and then put it on this site to try to trick u guys into thinking that word wasn't screened by the software.

He said he got warned. A warning is nothing more then a "Don't do it again". Severe warnings are usually followed by a temp ban or in more serious cases a perm ban.
