On Mario Bros. it turns out it was just the power switch. Got it up and running like a dream. Monitor is perfect.
One of the coin slots isnt working but other than that the thing runs great. I guess i should have dug a little deeper with the multimeter before I bought a new power supply. Oh well, now I have a spare.
