Everything on this cab seems to be in good condition, however when plugged in and turned on there was no visuals. I was adjusting some knobs in the back and for a moment got the screen to turn on with a purplish blue color(i could see the burn in the back of the monitor now) but the game doesnt even play blind.....could this be a power source issue? just wondering if anyone had any insight thanks.

If it won't play blind and everything appears to be hooked up right, I'd next check the fuses on the main monitor pcb. If they're both not blown, then your audio amp should be working and you should be able to hear the game.

Does the coin counter pulse when you hit the coin switch?

Look on the back of the monitor, one of the knobs on the edge is the volume. Turn it all the way up. On Nintendo games, you'll hear a hum from the speakers.

If you don't hear a hum, that means your audio amp isn't working, which could be because the fuse is blown on the monitor (sound amp is on the monitor).

If you hear a hum, but no music or game sounds, then yes your power supply is probably dead.

If you can't get the coin counter to click over that too illustrates that your power supply or game board is messed up.

It has to be the power source then. There is a hum from the speakers when the volume is turned up but the game doesnt coin up at all. Looks like im in the market for one!
Thanks for the help
