Just got my Bram Stoker's Dracula.

Very nice condition - cab is unfaded, playfield is extremely nice.

Has a few glitches and needs some tweaking to be running tight, but I am very happy.

OK - here's a REALLY dumb question. How do I get the balls to all kick out onto the playfield?

On my Who Dunnit? there is a choice for that in the service menu - I can't seem to find that on my Drac.

Help me.

The older WPC pins do not have the "Empty Balls" option. You can go into the test mode and select solenoids. Select the trough solonoid, and have test repeat itself.

Lucky! I soooo want to add a Dracula to my little collection. It would be awesome sandwiched between Freddy and Frankenstein.

I can has, right?

OK - I have it pretty level both axes (6.5 degree pitch) given the shitful legs and rusted levelers it came with (which I will be replacing this weekend) , but I am getting a feel for how it will play when it's well-tuned.

I am hating these yellow lightning flipper bats something fierce.

Can I change the out for "normal" Williams bats - say Red or Black bats?

How hard is it to swap out just the bats?

Also, the Start button is not lighting up. Bad bulb?

Probably a bad bulb. Mine came w/ regular white bats. I bought Yellow and Black lightning bats and went w/ the black. Don't cheat man. Play w/ the lightnings. Sure does keep game times low. HEHEHE.

Also, pretty easy to change the bats. Just loosen the pawl from under the field. Then tighten after the swap.

I would put forth the theory that the game was designed to use the regular size bats and the change to the shorter lightning bats was a marketing decision driven by a desire to turn this game into a Drain Monster, which is them cheating, not me.

IMHO.

Congrats on the nice pick-up Russ. Hopefully that will keep the bird from coming out of your head for awhile (well, until the next move anyway!)!

That is correct. It was designed w/ Red standard bats. They were changed to reduce ball times. I've seen a couple w/ red bats. Looks nice.
