4 hour round trip. Ended up with a fully working Cocktail Tempest, and a complete but non working cocktail Galaga! Couldnt be more happy. Cant believe no one in Michigan grabbed these before i got to them. :D

Almost forgot, they were only 50$ each! Woohoo!

I e-mailed the seller pretty quick after these were listed and never heard back.

Good score!!

Excellent prices. I'd put a lv2000 or 6100 in that tempest monitor while everything is running good, if it has not been done yet. That way it should run great for a long time. Hopefully the other one will be an easy fix.

I'm pretty sure KLOV'ers have cornered the Craigslist arcade market on a national level, for anything that is reasonably priced or below market value. Often I find out local collectors and friends are trying to contact the same seller over the latest "deal" posted. Nice score BTW.

Thanks guys, Im really excited. The monitor is awesome with no burn of any sort. The serial # is 892, not sure if that is low or not.

For sure. I find that the best deals I've been able to find come from friends and family that know I'm in the hobby.

@ Adamdiz: Nice score! That's just a sick deal on a Tempest cocktail. Luckily the seller didn't turn it into a bidding war.

I have to disagree with everyone else, I think you got the short end of the stick on that Tempest. I feel so bad for you that I'm willing to give you the $50 you spent plus pay for shipping to CA... ;)

J/K - that would be a fantastic deal on a non-working Tempest cocktail, let alone a fulling working one! Nice, please post some pics of it after you clean it all up.
