Just got a Who Dunnit?

(Yes, yes, pics will be forthcoming)

Need help with some stuff.

I would like to clear out the top score initials and set everything back to factory.

How do I do that?

The previous owner left some juvenile and offensive stuff that I want to clear out.

I would also like to set the time properly so that Midnight Madness works.

Never owned a pin before, so it's all new to me.

Should I also change the AA batteries on the board inside the backbox?

Thanks,

RM

One other thing, the IPDB website has a bottleneck on downloads - they will be very slow. There are other sites where downloading is faster but I don't have my list with me at work.

Nice
Welcome to the club
I actually worked on mine for all of 30 minutes yesterday.

Congrats on the pickup. Start deciding which arcade cabinets you're willing to part with, pins become addictive and you'll soon be wanting more space for another one (or five).

OK replaced the batteries and reset everything to Factory, then went through the various menus setting everything up.

That worked.

The backglass has two translight films stacked one on top of another - no wonder the lights looked so dim in the backbox.

Both translight films have some scratches in different places, which cover each other up.

Interesting "fix".

Considering doing the same frosted LED light change to the backbox lights that jar55 did in his TZ backbox. I thought that looked fantastic.
