And dont work on your own pins. I dont care if you are an OP. Just have someone that knows what they are doing work on it and do repairs properly.

OMG!!!

OK, maybe more of you should work on your own pins. Then I get good cheap project machines.

One BR later and I have my Fish Tails running. Now I get to find all the real stuff wrong. So far Its fixing all the "repairs" the OP made and then fixing all the damage the "repairs" caused. LOL

But so far with my project pins. It really comes down to fixing whatever the last person that touched it messed up.

But thats half the fun, locating all the on location quick fix hacks and undoing them so you can figure out what was originally wrong:D
Operators dont care about about repairing games, just keeping them running so the quarters keep falling. Some of the jumper wires Ive run across boggle the mind, makes you wonder about the mind that thought that patch would work.....

But seriously, if it was working (or working correctly), it would have cost you quite a bit more than you actually paid for it. Thier repair work saved you money on the front end;)

Probably 75% of the board repairs I have come in are in some way related to poor previous repairs.

(and about 80% or more of them are Gorgar boards. Always wondered about why so many of those.)
