Just a couple new gameroom pics

very nice. In my opinion, this is a near-perfect use of arcade games in a private space. It has something for everyone. Flyer/ driver, classics, a pinball, a fighter, a cart-based, a multi-player sports genre. Only thing I would say it would need would be a driver like PP or outrun or something. Then all the bases would be covered. Other than that. Perfect.

I have a Turbo Outrun and a Sit Down Cruisn' World in the Garage that haven't made it down yet. Thanks for the kind words.

Oh, and most importantly, the Wife can now park in the garage. We have been here for 3 years and never had a car in there til now.

In my opinion its not about comparing to someone elses gameroom. All are unique and great in their own way. You now have dedicated space for you own arcade area, something each one of us have wanted since being youngsters. Plus you have a great lineup of games, good job!

And I second what Gozer said - and is something I realized I need to do to also. I think what makes a gameroom "successful" is not what the room actually looks like but rather the selection of games it holds. The ambiance and mood setting is bragging rights lol. Nice and congrats!

Very nice...shows you don't need a bunch of games or stuff ...just what works with your specific collection...I like the color scheme...

Man I can't wait to get my stuff setup...my problem is I have a lot of stuff so I'll have to really take some time to decide what goes where...:D

Very nice ... the best part is you have room for more games.

The one thing I hate about my game space is that it's always full!

P.S. Is it just me or does the Double Donkey Kong marquee look ridiculous on an otherwise original DK machine?

Someone needs to work on a DDK Bezel and CPO to match that marquee. I would buy a set!

Definitely. I will replace that w/ an original DK marquee. It was like that when I got it. I just haven't gotten around to replacing it.

What many of the others have said... what a nice, well rounded gameroom! Anyone could find something they like in there. I think the color works well, too!

Thanks, the other 2 walls are a light burgandy color which I thought went well w/ the orange. I'll get some pix of those walls when I have the finishing touches done.

Perhaps a skill crane, juke and dart game would be nice too.

Like the paint - looks like a retro 80's type color. Maybe you could run a stripe or two on the walls to give it a more arcade like look.

Still looking good though!

That really looks good. Nice work. I bet it feels good. Long time but in the end it's all worth it. Still waiting on the invite. Would love to come check it out soon.
