Probably 5 years ago or so I bought a World Series conversion at auction. All it had was a boardset, CP, and a pepsi can in it. Now it is gonna probably sit at least until this fall in the current condition (same as it was when I bought it 5 years ago), but it is in a Jungle King cabinet. Is there any more value in the cabinet if I strip the blue paint off of the side and try and recover artwork or should I just do my own thing with it?

I don't think the cab itself is worth much regardless. An empty cab is an empty cab. They typically go for $50 or less in these parts.

However, if you are going to restore it, you might find that the paint can come off easily and you might have some nice original side art underneath there. You could save yourself some serious time. Especially if they used latex paint, that comes off the easiest. I would go to Home Depot and get some citristrip or similar and see if you can get that paint off. You never know, it might look bad ass underneath there.
