Bob Roberts has both sizes that were used.
If the joystick is a wico, it uses the big one.
If the joystick is out of a Pacman it uses the small one.
Let's see pics of your joystick assy and or the grommet in question. I have a nice new one in my ZK.
There are some even smaller than the pacman stick. Frogger is one that used them.
Do you have a micrometer or calipers to measure the shaft? I have some grommets with a small hole that can be reamed to suit. If its as small as the frogger shaft these wont work as the hole is slightly larger than those shafts.
Frogger and other early sega games use the same grommet as the Taitos. The stick is just .5" or so longer then the Taito.
Zoo Keeper and Ms. Pac pics are reversed.
Would you mind taking a picture of the top as well just so everyone can see the difference?
Dokert, What kind of stick is on your Zookeeper?
Those measurements can't be correct. The "small" Wico is a hair smaller than a Ms. Pac-Man....and a Dig Dug is crazy bigger than both others. I just had to pull each out to check. A Pac-Man stick will not go into a "small" Wico grommet....it's just a hair too big. I will say, the "small" Wico stick would probably be acceptable in a Pac-Man grommet. Here's a few pictures I snapped....from left-to-right (and smallest to largest): Small Wico, Bally Pac-Man type, large Wico.

It would appear that I have a Large Wico in both my Dig Dug cp's and my ZooKeeper.
