Just wondering where is a good place to get the dead world modification for Judge Dredd pinball? I have noticed there seems to be a few different types of modification set ups, which is best?

I haven;t personally performed this mod but I have considered buying a JD myself. Needless to say the dead world mod is a must. I see the original kit made by Don Weinberger appears to require an add on board. The kit sold at pinbits.com shows the ring and a replacement prom. It states right on the ad:
"We've had a number of questions about this version. The bottom line is that the function of the hardware mods have been moved into the EPROM. It really is a simple as it sounds. "

Sweet thanks! Just wondering what color of the ring did you go with for your mod? I see there is blue, fluorescent green, red, orange and fluorescent orange.

Just Orange for me from memory. Personal choice. Go with what YOU like

I say get some of the clear neon spray and spray the hell out of the ring and then mount a small black light in there that engages when you start multi ball.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with the game to know what part of the GI to tie into to make it work but does that not sound like a winner? Yeahhhhh
