JROK's Multi-Williams

I agree I was late in finding this but it really is amazing work
It inspire me to do my own line of MW art :D
and also got me wondering what others could be grouped up like this?

Im not a big fan of board mod multi games, 60-n1s and 1099n1s, etc.
but something simplier with smaller gorupings to keep control hacks to a min
a new board thats jamma ready to replace old failling boardsets and power supplys.
especially those that were problematic
PP1 and PP2/Atari driver multi comes to mind

I saw but like mentioned controls bewtween qbert madplanets krull and others I thnk just get too cluttered. I think it a great idea but it would really be best suited in just limiting to certtain games like just a qbert/Qcubes before ending up with "monsterous mame" control panels-IMO
things a new multi DK would be be nice and wouldnt require any cp hacks or unnessary add ons just for a single game
a Pole Postion would also be good to go and simply replace the many failing boards and PS

PP1 and 2 would be pretty cool on one board. You get the challenging (or not) tracks of 2, along with the classic sounds of 1 when you play Fuji.

I have a 2, but I mostly play Fuji, and I really miss the original car sounds of PP1.

Whoops! Did not realize we were jacking JROKS feedback thread. I have a JROK MW and it rocks. I have no shame in running that multi :) Way easier to keep that guy going than all the associated Williams cabinets.

Since it looks like this has switched to a feedback thread, I'll add my praise for the JROK multiwilliams board. Awesome board for a great price, and a great solution for the multitude of converted/jammatized Williams cabs out there (seriously how many Robotron-> Tetris conversions are there anyway?!?)

I just got a JROK, still trying to decide what CPO to use. I would prefer to use the original CP rather than a metal arcadeshop repro.

Any pictures or suggestions???

How about posting this in the general arcade section? You'll get more responses there and keep the feedback thread clean.

Rich,
I agree - too many diffrent tyes of controls gets a bit too cluttered. Things would start looking like a mame cab! :)
HOWEVER,
the real gem in Jrok's board is the perfect emulation of the games - hell, I dont even know if its emulation as its on the original processing hardware. The point of what his board is - isnt just to have a multiboard, but have a MUCH more stable hardware instead of the originals. This is especially good for Qbert as we all know how "stable" that hardware is!!! LOL!.
I personally have 2 Jrok boards - 1 for my MW cab, and 1 to replace the failed HW in my Sinistar. Which now works perfectly!!
Thanks JROK!! Put me on the list for the qbert board so I can have a better solution for that as well!! Keep up te great work!

Call me crazy but I have been wanting to buy one of these for quite sometime, emailing JROK with no response, there is no buy page, just info page. How much do they run? I just finally broke down and purchased the 19 in 1 multi board, cuz I have the complete machine awaiting a board. I still want it.......but I am not good at waiting

It's posted in another thread the end of this year he's running off some more (per JROK). Price last time he had them was like $175 shipped.
