Ok, so I have the Jrok board in my dedicated Robotron cab and I have it booting into Robotron. The game play is dead on and is awesome. My Robotron is now 100% reliable!!! THANK YOU JROK!!!
The only difference I have noticed is two sounds. One is when you hit the player one start button.....it doesn't have that long drawn out sound that the original board has, it has what I think is the sound when you are going though the menu. The second is when the screen comes up to enter your initials. It plays the wrong sound and then maybe a couple times after that it plays the correct sound.
Is this happening on everyones? I am using the original Robotron sound board.
If I don't use the original sound board, would the sounds be different? I'm guessing not since I figure the Jrok board is sending out the sound "requests" so it probably doesn't matter if I use the original sound board or the Jrok.....am I correct on this?
Thanks!!
Brian
