I picked up a non-working Pac Man that was converted to Jr Pac Man. Was told that it wasn't working, sold as is. Got it home and cleaned up the glass and plexi, powered it up and the game actually works. Here is a picture of what comes up on the screen. Is this a monitor problem, or a board problem? Game seems to play correctly, there is static through the speaker, but the game sounds come through fine.

Monitor problem. Presuming it's a G07 check the B+, should be at 120v. If it's already at 120 and the curl won't adjust out, time for a cap kit.

Is that a gigantic spider in the upper left corner?

:)

The monitor is a WG 19K4616. Thanks for the quick replies, figured it was a monitor issue. Everything looks like it is original from when it was just pac man except the jr board.

No that isn't a big spider, just a molex connector. Had the glass and plastic bezel out to be cleaned when I took the picture.
