Im working with a lady who has a disabled son and wanted to put a few games in a room for him to enjoy. He can only use 1 hand and I was thinking along the lines of a 60-1. My question is this. Are there any joysticks with 1 or 2 buttons built into the actual stick? Id like to make it easy to use and allow him to be able to play all the games. Im going to do any custom work needed for whatever game or games they want. If anyone can post a link to a joystick like I am looking for it would sure be helpful.

thanks

There are a few different top fire joysticks with one button. If you need more than one you can get a Tron style joystick.

I got these type

Thanks for the info guys.

Im guessing that flight stick one could be wired for whatever I wanted but would it feel too weird playing the 60-1 games?

It would for one of us, but anything is better than nothing for someone that couldn't play at all otherwise.

I would hook up the flight stick and a dedicated 4 or 8 way joystick (probably 4 way). That way he could use the flight stick for games that need buttons and the regular stick for Pac Man type games.

Perhaps you could add a foot switch or two? There are arcade pedals with microswitches in them that may be useful.
