This is a weird request, but I'm attempting to create a reproduction Taito trimline cabinet using the plans at classicarcadecabinets.com, I figured I should start small for my first repro project (I've built a cocktail cabinet loosely based on Pac-Man blueprints but made no attempt to closely emulate any particular machine so it doesn't count). The plans don't show where to drill the joystick / button holes in the control panel for any of the more popular games, so I figured I'd drill them once I had the artwork and could see where they were located. I have the wood cut but nobody has artwork for these cabinets in stock and we all know the time it takes to get repro artwork printed is usually measured in years, so I'm at a standstill. Would anyone be able to tell me the exact coordinates of where the joystick / button holes are for Space Invaders or, preferably, Qix (since it has a second button and can thus play more emulated games while looking more authentic, but with it's rarity it might be more difficult to get info and artwork than SI) so I can get the cabinet working before I get the artwork, assuming I ever get it :)?

On that subject, are there any alternatives for getting Qix / Space Invaders trimline repro artwork than the usual places, even if the quality is sub par? With this being my first repro attempt I expect mistakes to be made and don't care if the art is massively authentic looking, but would like it to be sorta close.

Thanks in advance.
