Joyball-1932 "Swastika" pinball on turned legs

Helo to all. This is a first post for me as i just registered. I am an antique dealer in Vermont. I DO NOT DEAL IN GAMES. A client just showed me pictures and described this machine to me and asked what it's worth. as I have found out through this great sight, there is little information and no auction records for the sale of this game. Is this info correct and up to date? Do any members have an interest in this early game? If so, contact me via post. If anyone has further information who wishes to share, please do. Thanks in advance, Dale

Gonna need some pics of that, Dale.

Welcome to the forum.

Joyball pinball "swastika" designs on game.

Thanks for the welcome and will post pic's when I can get to the machine. It is currently buried deep in a storage facility that will not be opened again for a week or two.

seems this type of pinball is not really what folks here deal with on a normal basis.

Not saying Swastikas are bad, but a machine of this area is something one of us might pick up as an addition to a game room, but not really something that takes some help repairing. It would be more of a conversation piece. It is a bagatelle more than it is a pinball.

Buy low sell high dude. You will have more luck at an auction forum than here.

Welcome to KLOV though.

Thanks. The swastika is the Native American not Nazi variety. This symbol was used long before Hitler was even a dream. The image is backwards-a mirror image of the more offensive design. No Nazi connection at all.
So this one is earlier than the majority of the Members of this"group" prefers? What is an auction house that deals with this vintage type, any ideas?
Thanks again, Dale

Is it this one?

I'm not an expert but from what I have seen, tabletop (no legs) bagatelles in fair condition go for $75 - 125 for the more common, high production models in fair condition, and the ones with legs can be in the 150 - 250 range. Mint and NM would go for much more but I've never, ever seen one even offered.

I've never heard of this one nor do I have any idea how many were made. The reverse swastika might give it some added historical appeal.

Joyball information replies.

Thanks for the replies and info. The game is the same as pictured in the adv. and the museum picture is the same one. It doesn't have enough bells and whistles for the general membership of collector's, I'm told. It is from my area so I'll, most likely, sell it at a local auction house.
Happy Holidays to all and thanks again for the feedback. dale
