Curious as to what the average price on these are, I might be able to pick on up. Just looking for average cost of a working machine. Not sure if it has art on it or not.

As long as its working and the cab is solid, the price could be in the $800 to $1000 range. (Could go even higher when fully restored)

Obviously overall condition and your location makes a difference.

Joust is a really great game. Definitely one of my favorites.

buy 'em before Ready Player One comes out... :p

Make sure it has the original parts even if it has a switcher.

The original 2 piece linear powersupply, williams brick transformer, correct joysticks (expensive little buggers)

I was looking at one but passed with nice sideart for $400. Main mpu had acid damage and g07 was a little wonkey.

Thanks for the info, obviously I need to get more info on the game. I was just sent a text from a friend who knows of one locally that might be getting sold. I'm a pin guy, but Joust is a really fun game. and gotta love Pythons art.

the original opticals? or the original later run leafs?

It was a decent machine by the pics, didn't see it live, asking was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to high. He was looking at ebay asking prices. If he comes to reality I may still go for it.
