Joust Power supply issue

If you are losing more than .2V between the power supply board and the RAM chips, you may want to look at replacing the power cable with a new one. Preferably one using crimp connectors rather than the original IDC connectors. You might also want to reflow the solder on the header pins on the PS board and clean the pins to remove any corrosion (or just replace them).

If you don't feel confident in building a replacement power cable, I am sure Dokert can hook you up.
