I need some creative minds on KLOV to help me integrate alcohol and preferably Joust, but turning other classics into drinking games would be interesting to hear about. I've got a cab and I've got liquor so I figure why not combine the two.

A shot per death?
A shot per successful Pterodactyl kill (platform glitch not included)?

A shot per death would make for a very short drinking game. How long can you keep up a shot every 60 seconds (oh sure the first few might be spaced out more but after that they would start coming quicker).

While the pterodactyl kill might be too rare. I never even try for those.

Perhaps a shot every time someone kills the other player on the wave you are supposed to cooperate?

Joust ORGY

I don't know about the drinking game, but I thought I heard of Joust ORGY sometime ago...

Every time that you get a new mount, you do just that!

How about a shot for every time you complete a wave and the last digit of your score is an odd number. That could affect both players at the same time! And it will add the fun of not knowing who the heck is going to get "shot" at the end of a wave.

Here's another one. Whomever has the lowest score after completing a wave and the difference is over 1000 points (or however many points you decide) from the other player, then you must take a shot. Affects only 1 player at a time. This really makes you want to do better than your opponent.

Or you could combine the two rules together and double the fun! You'll need a 3rd person to watch scores and keep the shots coming!

You could use these with games like Mario Bros. and Balloon Fight as well!

You won't be taking too many shots then, as there's nothing that scores odd numbers...everything is multiples of 50.

I should have known that.

In that case, if the last 2 digits of your score are 50 you take a shot.

On survival waves, if you don't survive, you take a shot.

On cooperative waves, if you get killed by your buddy, you take a shot (or he take one for killing you).

On competitive waves, if neither of you kill each other, you both take a shot.

If the lava troll kills you, you take a shot. Or if you just land in the lava, you take a shot.

If the birdie (pteradactyl) kills you, you take a shot.

The highest score at the end of the game, takes a shot (spoils of victory/handicap fo the next game).

Probably more, but that is all I can think of offhand.

escaping the lava trolls grasp - take a shot.

Everytime an egg lands in lava - take a shot.

Every egg that hatches and the knight gets back on his ostrich - take a shot.

In an egg wave, every egg that hatches even if the knight doesn't mount his ostrich - take a shot.

Every "joust draw" (a collision where no one dies by either another player or CPU) - take a shot.

Surviving a survival wave - take a shot

Dying in a survival wave - two shots.

Just put it on max difficulty, one life, and take a shot every time you die. keep track of your scores verses how many shots you've had and chart how the scores change as you go from sober to "which one's the start button?"

Here's what we finally decided on...
2 player standard settings since we both suck.
A death on a survival wave equals a shot.
Friendly fire equals a shot for whoever was the attacker.
Friendly fire on a victims last man equals a double-shot for the attacker.
And we only straight shoot Gem Clear (190 proof), so by the end of the night I felt like I had permanent alcohol poisoning.
