Trying to finish up the Joust cocktail restoration and am stuck with some of the wiring. Some of the parts were missing from the original project so my before pictures are not really helping much. Here are some questions:

1. How many interlocks did the cocktail have? One or Two?
2. From the picture below, you will see that I have one connector (3 pins) on the main cpu that needs a connector (to the right of the video purple wires). I have the connector for it, but where does this terminate? An interlock? (at least that is what is connected to this wire)
3. The 4x3 molex from the transformer, connects to a SPDT power switch, 4 pole interlock, and power for monitor. Is this correct?

I think I have everything else figured out, but the last few wires are just damn mysterious. If anyone can post pictures of the inside wiring of their cab would be helpful too.

Mine isn't really accessible right now. I have pics of the inside at home, but it'll be late before I can get there to check...

PS - why is yours so clean on the inside? Did you redo it?

I sent you a brand new power switch, and it should be hooked up to the AC harness with the brand new back door interlock.

The Coin Door interlock is circled in blue and the Switch settings is circled in red. The wire you had a question about goes to the coin door interlock.

No switches were hooked to the AC harness, just the QDs on the end and labels. Let me check the second box with the crap load of upright harnesses. They may be in there. Haven't gotton to those yet. :D:D

The interlock on the coin door is an SPST that goes to ground on one side and the single red wire that terminates in a 4 pin molex connector that plugs onto the MPU board. That is the factory settings CMOS memory interlock.

On the uprights there is a second SPST interlock that pointed down into the coin box to allow the coin person to go to the bookkeeping screen without giving them full access. I am not sure if that is the case on the cocktails or not. That SPST interlock was wired to ground and then to the advance switch on the inside of the coin door.

The SPDT interlock was used on the power harness to shut power off when the back was opened.

Got it all worked out. I sent the coin door interlock, but forgot the on/pff switch and the back door interlock. Just got back from the post office, they are on their way.
