Ok..still waiting on full refund. I got a partial of 200 minus paypal fees. The shipping cost of 280 has yet to be returned. I don't understand why this is taking so long..it just takes a few mouse clicks. I'm not ready to start ranting about this in the feedback section..but thats where the next post on this will be soon if the rest of the refund doesn't show up. Communication has dropped since the e-mail offering a refund. I'm starting to get a bit frustrated.

file a pp dispute and contact ebay about the issue, theyll either cough it up or ebay will

I'm a patient person..and I understand they are having a difficult time because of the flooding. However, doing a refund has nothing to do with any physical problems with their shop. They are still online...there is no reason why a refund couldn't have happened the day they offered it. I will wait a another day or so then file a dispute.

Good News! The rest showed up .. the only bummer is Paypal took their cut from the total.. so I lost 17-18 bucks.

It sounds like they sent the money as a payment and not an actual refund. I issued one refund and had 2 sent back to me in the past and never lost any money from the deal. I got a partial refund and got back the partial PayPal fee as well. They may have changed it since then but that was just a couple months ago.

Well.. the Journey did not escape the PA floods. The sellers inspected it and 26" of the bottom is water damaged. They offered a refund and I accepted. Its a shame this cab could not be saved.
